Not at all. We focus on the strength of the deal, not just your credit score. However, higher credit scores can unlock increasingly commpetitive terms.

We lend to LLCs, Corporations, and revocable trusts. We can help you structure the right entity for your deal. We do not lend to individuals.

For most loans, we require 10-30% down, depending on experience and the asset.

Most of our loans range from 12 to 24 months, with options for extensions on a case-by-case basis. We also offer long-term rental loans with 30-year fixed options.

Loan amounts typically range from $100,000 to $2 million, depending on the asset and loan type. If your financing need is outside that range, we'd love to learn more about your project and discuss how we can work together.

Rates and fees vary depending on the deal, borrower experience, and leverage. Costs and fees typically include loan origination fees, title insurance, property insurance, and legal fees. All fees are clearly outlined up front in the commitment letter and settlement docs.

Yes. For qualified borrowers, we offer up to 100% construction or renovation costs. Draws are disbursed in stages based on completed work.

The client schedules an inspection of completed work. We release funds based off the inspector’s report. When you are ready to request reimbursement for work completed, you can email us at drawrequest@clout-capital.com, call us at 516-350-5309, or contact us through your borrower portal.

This depends on the size of the renovation budget and the structure of the loan. Final terms are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch today to determine which deal structure is right for your project.

None. For many of our loans, first-time investors are welcome. Experience can unlock stronger terms, but it's not a barrier. Some factors we consider for all investors include:

  • Do you own a primary property?
  • Do you own other investment properties?
  • Are you a General Contractor, or do you subcontract with strong contacts in the construction trade?
